1.⁠ ⁠*Booking, Payment, and Availability*

  – All bookings must be made and fully paid for via the Sibani Lodge website prior to the event date.

  – No bookings will be accepted without full payment, and no reservations will be confirmed until payment is processed.

  – Tickets are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2.⁠ ⁠*Non-Refundable Tickets*

  – Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for other services or products.

  – No refunds will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, or unused tickets.

3.⁠ ⁠*Goodie Bags*

  – Goodie bags are exclusively available to attendees on the day of the event.

  – They cannot be collected at a later date, exchanged for another item, or delivered.

4.⁠ ⁠*Inclusions*

  – The ticket price includes only the *multi-course menu* with some complimentary wines.

  – Any additional services or purchases, such as transport, accommodation, services, offers, or extra food and beverages, will be at the attendee’s own cost.

5.⁠ ⁠*Wildlife and Sightings*

  – Sibani Lodge is situated in the Mount Savannah Game Reserve where animals roam freely.

  – Attendees to the event will be required to adhere to the reserve rules, including but not limited to correct driving speed, refraining from excessive noise and littering.

  – While wildlife sightings are possible, they are not guaranteed. We have no control over the presence or movement of animals during the event.

 – Attendees to the event are required to provide their own transport or pre-book transport to the venue, but self-drive in the greater Mount Savannah Game Reserve, is prohibited

6.⁠ ⁠*Allergies, Dietary Requirements, and Special Arrangements*

  – Attendees must inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions *before the event*.

  – We will do our best to accommodate these only where possible and previously agreed upon, but we are not responsible for any adverse reactions should dietary information not be provided in advance.

  – If you have any special needs or requests (such as accessibility or disability requirements), you must notify us in advance and obtain written confirmation of any special arrangements prior to the event.

7.⁠ ⁠*Right of Admission*

  – Sibani Lodge and Private Dining Experiences reserve the right to refuse admission to any guest at their discretion.

– Attendees to the event who do not hold a confirmed accommodation booking at SibaniLodge for Saturday 30 November 2024, will be required to exit the game reserve no later than 18h00 on Saturday 30 November 2024.

8.⁠ ⁠*Assumption of Risk and Indemnity*

  – Attendees acknowledge that they are entering a natural environment where wild animals are present and agree to assume all risks associated with attending the event.

  – By attending The Chef’s Table, you understand and accept that Sibani Lodge and Private Dining Experiences are not responsible for any harm, injury, loss, or damage to you or your property while on the premises.

  – We do not take responsibility for lost items, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Attendees are responsible for securing their own possessions.

  – The general terms and conditions of Sibani Lodge apply to this event.

9.⁠ ⁠*Additional Responsibility*

  – It is the attendee’s responsibility to notify the event organizers of any special requirements or conditions prior to the event. Written confirmation is required for any special arrangements to be considered valid.
